Many feel that parody, not imitation, is the sincerest form of flattery, and for those who subscribe to this theory, than few songs are more revered than Nelly’s “Hot In Herre” which has been parodied from all walks of life - remember the Pepsi Super Bowl commercial from last year?
“Hot In Herre” makes its most recent appearance in Madagascar 3, as King Julien (a lemur voiced by Sacha Baron Cohen of Borat and Bruno fame) sings his own take on the song as he tries to get his own relief from a hot train car.
